The Management of SIDER TEST Laboratory, with the aim of providing services which meet the quality standards imposed by European regulations, deems it fundamental to have an internal Quality Management and Assurance System.

General Management ensures that all services are performed with competence and skill. For this reason, General Management’s primary objectives are the following:

  • Compliance with UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 through accreditation by the competent Body;
  • Assurance of objectiveness, independence and integrity of the Laboratory;
  • Customer satisfaction through the appropriateness and conformity of the product with respect to the requirements (verified through Proficiency Tests), performances at competitive prices and good terms of delivery;
  • Maintenance and continuous improvement of the services offered;
  • Training of personnel through training courses, with special attention to documentation, procedures, confidentiality and safety;
  • Updating, maintenance and calibration of equipment according to the standard requirements involved;
  • Timely disposition of problem, non-conformities and complaints with the aim of creating an opportunity of improvement starting from the awareness of errors made.
