Sider test paints green the roof of the new headquarters.

The construction of the photovoltaic solar plant will begin in the next few months and when fully operational will produce approximately 163,000 kilowatt hours per year, which will lead to a 35% reduction of the plant’s annual consumption of energy supplied by national energy grid. The solar plant, whose installation is scheduled for July, is added to the existing one installed at the Viale dell’Industria headquarters. The intervention, in addition to having economic repercussions in terms of containing energy costs, is part of a wider sustainability project that Sider Test has been working on for some years, promoting the adoption of good practices aimed at reducing environmental impact of the company.
