The value of quality in a laboratory is obvious but not negligible, indeed of primary importance. Quality understood as precision, competence and responsibility. On the side of quality, the value of capacity was identified, required of each employee and of the entire organization as a whole. The Management of SIDER TEST in order to comply with the quality standards imposed by European regulations, has an internal Quality Management and Assurance System.

Management believes that safeguarding the health and safety of workers is fundamental to ensure the company continuous growth and excellence. The Management of the Laboratory is convinced that long-term success can only be achieved thanks to human resources. Therefore, Sider Test dedicates all the necessary energy and due attention to safety and environmental issues, to protect not only the employees, but also external collaborators and all the interlocutors who interact with the company along the value chain, including suppliers, customers and the general public with a view to sustainability.

Customer satisfaction through the appropriateness and conformity of the service with respect to the requirements (verified through Proficiency Tests), performances at competitive prices and good terms of delivery

Training of personnel through training courses, with special attention to documentation, procedures, confidentiality and safety

Compliance with UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 through accreditation by the competent Body

Timely disposition of problem, non-conformities and complaints with the aim of creating an opportunity of improvement starting from the awareness of errors made

Assurance of objectiveness, independence and integrity of the Laboratory

Maintenance and continuous improvement of the services offered

Updating, maintenance and calibration of equipment according to the standard requirements involved
